Here we have another torque monster! A totally stock LS3 A6 with the exception
of a full exhaust system fitted with an off the shelf HTV 1900.
With all HSV's fitted with a transmission cooler, the lines foul on the heat
exchanger, the most practical way around this is to remove the steel hardlines
and replace them with a suitable hose. You will notice the 'cobra' clips on the
hose, it is much more secure than the traditional worm type hose clamp.

There's been a huge demand on the Harrop blower kits, especially the HTV 2300
for the VE.
The first Car we fitted the HTV 2300 on was a New VE E2 GTS. We fitted a set of
1 3/4 headers and a dual 3 system, along with a fuel system.
Here is the car as it came in, monster brakes with massive AP Racing 6 piston
calipers painted yellow, this car is just awesome.

The task was to make over 320rwkw, so we proceeded to fit a LSX Tuning Custom
Cam, Valve springs and an OTR, the cam is a split duration 229/235 112, this was
custom built by Kinetic cams.

We decided to add some race fuel, along with a pcm re-calibration using EFI Live
and a 2 bar custom operating system, we achieved what we planned and raised the
bar.......... again!
Still retaining the FACTORY cast manifolds, FACTORY fuel rail and the FACTORY
camshaft has always been a 'grey' area, not this time. With the correct
selection of quality parts, correct tuning, willingness and commitment ANYTHING
can be achieved.

We were approached by Victorian forum member Jason about making some serious
pump fuel power. He was looking at achieving 800rwhp on pump fuel (98 octane)
and close to 1000rwhp on race fuel. The obvious answer was a Twin Turbo setup.
The motor will be a cast iron block with compstar 4.0 crank, Compstar rods and
Diamond pistons. Full ARP stud kit will be fitted too. Once the motor is ready,
that's when it's all fitted this way Jason gets to drive his car while the setup
is being built.
